Dr. Eliseo Mora completed his medical studies at the Faculty of Medicine of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) in 1974-1979.
In 1980 he completed the year of Residency for Introduction to the Specialty at the Regional Hospital No. 1 in León, Gto. of the IMSS.
In 1981 he began the Medical Specialization program in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the IMSS "Magdalena de las Salinas" Orthopedics and Traumatology Hospital, Mexico City, concluding it in 1984.

In 1992 he was Head of the Orthopedics and Traumatology and Orthopedics Service of the ISSSTE Regional Hospital in León, Gto., a position he held until 1994.
In 2008 he founded the Knee and Shoulder Clinic of Tijuana, of which he has been Medical Director up to the present moment.
Dr. Eliseo Mora-Sánchez received training in Arthroscopic Surgery as a subspecialty at the National Institute of Orthopedics in Mexico City.
